*Spoilers for Persona 4 within*

So, show of hands of those interested in playing a wonderfully crafted JRPG wherein you build social bonds with wonderful characters, engage in a brilliant murder mystery, and have all your actions scored by one of the best video game soundtracks in existence! Wow! That's a lot of you!

Now let's see a show of hands who'd want to go through over seventy-five hours of gameplay sleuthing through the streets of rural Japan in order to track down this sick and twisted murderer, putting in the hours to defeat bosses and put together clues only to confront the person responsible and... join their side.

Yeah much, much less support here.

But dance with the Devil you can in the outstanding Persona 4 which indeed lets you get all the way to the very end of the game only to side with the main villain, becomes his accomplice, burn the one piece of evidence tying him to the crime and leave town with all your friends absolutely gutted that they couldn't bring justice to their small town. Oh, and the small fact that they still live there and the killer knows of their involvement and so will likely ice them as soon as you're out of sight. Cool.
