Honestly, when it comes to Dead Rising, it's quite mind-blowing to see just how many ways you can re-dead the undead.

From drill buckets, to Blanka masks that shock victims to death, all the way to equipping mecha suits to batter foes into the ground like they were fleshy tent pegs, Dead Rising is a non stop thrill ride (outside of Dead Rising 4) when it comes to customisable weapons.

And Capcom ingenuiously tied the creation of these makeshift maulers into the game world itself, with protagonists having to locate blue prints in order to craft them, meaning that there was a huge incentive to explore the game world and defeat psychopaths in order to unlock them. In fact so numerous are they that it's genuinely hard to pick one, however if I was to look for a weapon that broke the rules in this already pretty laid back horror title, it'd have to be THE ULTIMATE GRIM REAPER.

This weapon not only has immense crowd control and durability, but by pressing the heavy/alt attack it does a spinnng hit that clears enemies around you but also FIRES OUT GRENADES which blast the horde with fire based explosives.
