7. The Last Of Us 2

The confirmation for TLoU 2 is all but on the wall at this point.

Back in 2014, some initial character models leaked when developer Michael Knowland's online CV showed he'd begun work on the sequel, then voice actor Nolan North straight-up said in a 2015 Q&A, that he "Knew [Naughty Dog] were doing The Last of Us 2", but noted his deceased character David, most likely won't be returning.

Across the board, writers Neil Druckmann and Bruce Straley have always said they're open to the idea of continuation, noting they have a number of ideas for another project, possibly including "new characters; ideas for TLOU 2 with Joel and Ellie; ideas for a sci-fi game; ideas for a fantasy game, and building prototypes for each one of those ideas.”

Lastly - and most overtly - during a livestream for the Nathan Drake Collection, Naughty Dog's Josh Scherr accidentally said, "All the facial animation in the Uncharted series was led up by Eric, here... and [on] the first The Last of Us. Uh, did I say the first The Last of Us?”
