8 Video Game Enemies You Never Got To Fight!

3. General Scales - Star Fox Adventures

Every time I think about Star Fox Adventures my blood begins to burn within my very veins before worryingly turning into a thick black sludge because while it would be easy for me to summon the many angry spirits that infest my body, the truth is that I'm just so utterly disappointed with this title rather than out and out pissed.

It was a title that held so much potential, a Star Fox game with a new engine, on an at the time new console, it could have been the space shooter of the ages, but instead, we got about ten minutes of flight time and then a boots on the ground experience that was such an utter slogfest it felt like wading through a swamp of what I pray to God is just water but the stink is making me think otherwise.

Annoying characters, a clumsy control system, and an elongated escort mission disguised as the main thrust killed my interest in this title so early on it was like it shot me in the face while I was still in the crib. Still, I thought to myself, at least if I push through this then I'll be able to kick the piss out of General Scales, you know the villain that kinda comes to represent all the problems this game has? Yeah, him, let's kill him hard. That'll be nice.

However, WHOOPS LOOKS LIKE WE GOT A WHOOPS HERE, as you don't get to fight him at all because as soon as you swing the game polishes him off in a cutscene.

Hell he doesn't even attack you should you just stand around like a plum duff, likely laughing your ass off at the terrible voice acting you've just endured.

Oh, what's this? Oh turns out it wasn't disappointed after all and it was in fact a deep-seated seething rage. How fun.
