8 Video Games That Reward You For Doing NOTHING

2. Don't Build An Army To Beat An Army - Advance Wars 2

When fighting a war, you have to fight smart, something I completely ignore each and every time I play Warhammer 40K as I run Orks and if I'm not charging everything in sight then I'm NOT DOING MY JOB WELL ENOUGH.

That being said if you're looking for a series to challenge your wits and skills when it comes to planning invasions and stemming the tides of war, then Advance Wars is most definitely for you, as you'll need to think outside the box at all times to be sending your enemy home in one.

However, thanks to one mission in Advance Wars 2 you can win by literally doing nothing! There's a deployment map in which you play as the mighty...Colin...and must simply survive against an enemy looking to wipe you off the map. The twist is, however, that you don't have any units on the board and must scramble to build a defensive line.

Yet before you drop your soldiers down into the trenches, maybe consider...NOT doing any of this! As the enemy can only win by wiping you out, you deny them the ability to do so with no troops on the board.

So, simply wait out the time period and Boom! All those lives saved and a big smug smile on your face for winning a battle by doing nothing.
