This might be down to personal preference more than anything else, but come on, there's no denying classic cars are infinitely cooler than their modern day counterparts.

Sure, they may be a climateologist's worst nightmare, and fair worse in just about every performance category compared to the cars of today, but if you're going to explode in a fireball of gasoline and exhaust fumes, you might as well emerge from a fantastic-looking ride afterwards.

In Mafia's case, there are dozens of vehicles to swipe and call to drive around in. None come close to Lincoln's own personal Samson Drifter though, which gets a neat cosmetic uplift which each performance upgrade that gets added to it. Nice.
