AEW Fight Forever: 10 Things To Know Before You Buy

6. The Story Mode Isn't Exclusively CAW Based

The main Story/Career Mode in Fight Forever is dubbed 'Road To Elite'. That's no surprise given the promotion's name. In fact, it makes perfect sense once you also learn that it offers something WWE 2K's My Rise doesn't.

Sure, you can create your own wrestler and guiding him/her through AEW life, but that's not the only carrot dangled in front of Career Mode enthusiasts. Get this: It's entirely possibly to step into the shoes of an established AEW star and start hunting titles or kicking off feuds. That's something 2K's games simply cannot boast.

Having a USP like this one should help Fight Forever hugely.

Granted, 2K has rightly earned applause for the way they've improved MyRise. That mode is great, but there's something altogether more quirky and zany about AEW's story. Ever fancied visiting different restaurants or landmarks when on the road for Dynamite? Now you can!
