AEW Fight Forever: 10 Things To Know Before You Buy
3. There’s A LOT Of Blood
Some matches in Fight Forever look like somebody installed those lift doors from The Shining on the entrance ramp, then let rivers of blood flow into the ring. Honestly, the screens out there of blood in AEW's game look brutal (in the best possible way), but don't do the final product justice.
Ric Flair must be rubbing his knees at the sight of them.
AEW wanted to put everyone's minds at rest by releasing some shots that showed Chris Jericho and Orange Cassidy getting bloody. In another screen cap, Hikaru Shida can be seen standing over Abadon with a kendo stick in hand. The amount of claret on show is certainly...eye-catching.
WWE's 2K series does include some blood, but it's more limited than in AEW's game. For proof, just look at the blood-soaked ring canvas beneath Jericho and Cassidy in the screenshot above. That'll come in rather handy when playing ultra-violent match types like the Exploding Barbed Wire one.
Crimson masks all over the place!
