7. Cairo
The third largest city, by population, in Africa is the continents sole representative in this list and it takes the accolade above the larger Lagos and Kinshasa (DR Congo, incase you were wondering) because of its more famous architecture and greater footprint. The streets, like a lot of other cities on the list, tend towards chaos at the best of times but on the outskirts of Cario, just a short car, motorcycle, or dune buggy journey away are the world famous Pyramids of Giza and Sphinx and whilst attempting donuts in the grounds Giza Necropolis would be enough fun in its own right, Rockstar have been known to hide secrets in previous iconic landmarks. (The heart hidden inside the Statue of Liberty being one of its most famous examples.)
