All 8 Portal Games RANKED From Worst To Best

Portal is the closest thing we might ever get to a flawless game. Portal 2 builds upon everything from the original and is a better game for it but it's hard to think of a single flaw with the original Portal.

The game's short length is what makes this possible, the longer a game is, the harder it's going to be to playtest everything until you are 100% happy with every aspect of the game. Portal can be beaten in a couple of hours but both of those hours are flawless.

The game spends its first half putting you through a number of test chambers that perfectly teach you how to play the game without being annoying about it like most tutorials are. In fact, you probably don't even think of it as a tutorial.

The second half has you navigating Aperture outside of the test chambers using all the skills the chambers taught you. It ends with a great boss battle against GLaDOS, one of the best video game villains of all time.

The campaign doesn't push your skills that far but that's what the advanced chambers and challenges are for. The challenges especially will force you to become a speed-runner.
