All The Overwatch Anniversary 2018 Skins: Ranked From Worst To Best

Despite getting a legendary last Anniversary, Soldier: 76 comes out of the gate swinging with the year's best epic skin by far. His 'Venom' skin has a very nice colour scheme of teal and black, but it's the full enclosed helmet that really makes this stand out from the crowd.

The markings on the helmet are a nice detail, but where he would usually have '76' on the back of his jacket, he now has a cobra instead. It's a really cool and slick epic skin and you can tell that additional effort went into it. It's also, strangely, one of a number of skins in this event that appear to be directly referencing pop culture. This skin is clearly based off of G.I. Joe, for instance.

Overall, while no replacement for the legendaries, it's a strong epic outing for Soldier: 76 and unfortunately, the only epic really worth having this time around. Here's hoping Blizzard put the same attention to detail in future epic skins as well. But now, it's on to the real prizes of the event - the legendaries!
