Assassin's Creed III Coming October 30th 2012

Though Ubisoft still haven't revealed where the game will be set.

Ubisoft have confirmed that the much anticipated Assassin's Creed III is now scheduled for a release on October 30th, 2012. We had heard previously that the game would be released this year and now thanks to Ubisoft we can mark a specific date on our calendars. Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot had this to say:
"We will push the title a lot because it's a fantastic product that the team has been working for three years, What we have seen is just fabulous."
In addition, Ubisoft has mentioned that Assassin's Creed Revelations has shipped seven million units. As for Assassin's Creed III, it will be interesting to see where the game will be set (rumored to be The American Revolution) and if there are any major changes to the series. Assassin's Creed Revelations was not as well received as the two previous games in the franchise; one of the major complaints being that the Assassin's Creed formula was growing a bit stale. Hopefully Assassin's Creed III will be the game everyone expects it to be and fix some of the issues people had with Revelations. No other major details about the game have been confirmed at this point. I am almost positive the game will be unveiled at E3 this year but hopefully we will get to hear more about the game before that. What setting would you like to see in Assassin's Creed III?
