3. Hush
Hush did appear in Arkham City briefly on a side mission. We discovered the character had been stealing the faces of people in order to make himself look like Bruce Wayne. There is no doubt that the character will appear in Arkham Knight otherwise his appearance in Arkham City was somewhat redundant. But could he be the Arkham Knight? Why did Hush chose the face of Bruce Wayne and not someone else? Could it be that he wants to embody both Bruce Wayne and Batman? By wearing his own cowl and cape he could become the Arkham Knight. Hush's skill set is not on par with that of Batman - could you really see the two of them having a fair fight? Rocksteady have the freedom to create their own version of the character maybe Hush wears the suit to the level the playing field against The Dark Knight? If the Arkham Knight is an imitation of Batman then he will match the character both physically and mentally. Despite not displaying the necessary skills before, Rocksteady have the freedom to change this for the final game.
