2. ... And Just As Many Villains

Whilst having a stacked roster of villains can bring life to Gotham in a way that even alleyways of pedestrians never can, WB Montreal have to be careful not to overdo it, and handle them appropriately.

For Arkham Knight, the Most Wanted missions tended to introduce and complete said villains' arcs in moments, locking them away inside the GCPD, never to be seen again. With Insurgency now being the fourth triple-A Arkham game, the devs are delving even deeper into the Dark Knight's rogue's gallery, the resulting list being the following:

"Maxie Zeus, Dollmaker, Killer Moth, Anarky, Two-Face, Blockbuster, Ventriloquist, Cornelius Stirk, Tweedledee & Tweedledum, Dusan al Ghul, Mad Monk, Dala and The Riddler"

Where we'll face them, how many times and in what story-based context is still up in the air - I'm just hoping it's in a more meaningful way than yet more 'one and done' Most Wanted missions.
