9. Professor Pyg
Another disturbing villain who is obsessed with transformation, Professor Pyg is certainly one that deserves an appearance in Arkham Knight. Professor Pygs obsession is about making people perfect, a task he carries out by transforming them into Dollotrons. That process involves bonding false doll faces to their own, using a series of tools such as cordless drills, hammers and ice picks. Its even suggested that his surgeries involve brain surgery, most likely lobotomies, and gender realignment. Acclaimed Batman helmer Grant Morrison has labelled him as one of the weirdest, most insane characters thats ever been in Batman. He is noted for having once captured Robin and proclaiming the Year of the Pig. He was also attempting to release an addictive identity-destroying drug into Gotham using infected Dollotrons, which he initially sold to gangs who used it to control prostitutes. In the comic books he was presiding in Arkham Asylum, so it isnt hard to imagine he could have ended up in Arkham City, possibly even working on his methods of transforming people while stuck there. His famous Dollotrons could even feature as thugs, similar to the type we have seen given to other villains previously.
