Okay so he's not a Batman character as such, but he is a part of the DC Universe and, if a handful of Easter eggs in Batman: Arkham Origins were anything to go by, a part of the Arkhamverse as well. Warner Montreal wasn't shy about giving a nod to Oliver Queen in Origins, stamping his name on a crate that was put in plain sight for all to see in the game's reveal trailer. Rocksteady has said that their next Batman adventure will be the last in the Arkham series. Are the just going to quit The Bat and move on to something else entirely? Considering the critical and commercial success of the Arkham games, that's unlikely. What better way to introduce a series of Batman crossover games with other DC heroes leading up to an inevitable Justice League finale than have Green Arrow dart in and help The Dark Knight with his own brand of pointy justice?
