8. The Return Of The Joker

Will we see the Joker return from the dead in Arkham Knight? Rocksteady are staying tight lipped on whether or not the series main villain will make an appearance in the epic finale but based on recent rumours it seems likely that he has one last trick up his sleeve for gamers. Whether it be through flashbacks or a scarecrow inspired nightmare hallucination, Batman's greatest enemy will make an appearance one way or another. While playing through the Harley Quinn DLC, Batman comes across about a dozen pregnancy tests and a crib in Harley's room. Could this be a subtle hint that the Joker has fathered a baby by the time Arkham Knight begins or maybe it's even more cryptic and hints at rebirth. Maybe a rebirth of the Joker himself? Is the Clown Prince alive? Could he be the Arkham Knight? While some fans think bringing the Joker back will dilute the amazing finale of Arkham City, it's entirely possible that Rocksteady have planned this from the very beginning and created a double bluff to throw gamers off.
