2. Elliot Memorial Hospital
Hush reference alert! Thomas Elliot's - aka Hush's - dad was a prevalent doctor who died as the result of a car crash (caused by young Tommy himself), so it's more than plausible that his dad has a hospital named after him in Gotham. As those who played Arkham City will know, Hush makes an appearance during one of the side missions, revealing - rather disconcertingly - that he has been cutting off various people's faces so he can remake himself into a carbon copy of Bruce Wayne. He then disappears, promising that he'll be back. This speculation has led to many believing that Hush might actual be the Arkham Knight himself. It makes sense - this guy copies everything else about Bruce Wayne, so why wouldn't he be able to find out Bruce's greatest secret and emulate his secret identity as well? Even if he isn't the Knight, Hush must have something to do with this title. There's so much intrigue surrounding a possible Bruce Wayne clone causing havoc in Gotham that Hush really should be elevated to a major player this time around.
