Batman: Arkham Knight - 12 Details In The Trailers You Totally Missed
8. The Arkham Knight's Robotic Interface
As we get a great close-up of the Knight's awesome armour in the Ace Chemicals trailer, you can clearly see he has advanced technology inside his cowl that seems to be on par with Batman's own detective vision. This can either mean one of two things; the Arkham Knight has access to extremely snazzy tech, or he is in fact, a robot controlled by the Scarecrow or another unknown villain. Hopefully the latter isn't true: it seems a bit of a cop out. During this trailer we also see the phrase 'System Override' flash up briefly in the section where the Arkham Knight attacks Batman with a helicopter. Surely this implies that someone is in control of the Knight? Also, why would they stop him from killing Batman when he's in possession of a souped-up helicopter? The question this raises is just what can that suit do? It clearly bolsters the Knight's already admirable skill-set further, but what surprises might it have for Batman as the game progresses? It may just be a design choice by Rocksteady here, but the helmet interface certainly implies there's something very intriguing about the Knight's suit.
