Yes, stencilled on eyebrows and all, the 1960s Batsuit is still the best costume in the Arkham series. I'm not just saying this from the perspective of someone who wildly adores the West/Ward show (though I most certainly do), but one that's appreciative of good character-design - I've honestly never seen such a realistic-looking animated character before.
The cheap fabric, the stitching of the suit, and the ridiculous cape are all hilarious to use and juxtapose to the wildly dark narrative Arkham Knight has, and that's probably what makes it so amazing. If only we had West's voice to complete the look!
