Battlefield 4: 5 Ways To Take Advantage Of Multiplayer

4. Leveling Up Boasts The Same Rewards

Conceivably one of the more adamant functions for Battlefield 4's multiplayer is its extensive and verbose level-up system. While rewards are reaped from player progression, the level-up system ties it altogether. Starting from 1 and ending at an astonishing 110, the stay-to-play ratio surges rather quickly. Nearly everything the player does gains them experience points, which can slowly raise the ranking bar or send it skyrocketing by earning medals and service ribbons (also from additional experiences boosts). The biggest draw to the leveling system, however, is the ability to earn Battlepacks. After every two ranks the player is rewarded with either a Bronze, Silver, or Gold Battlepack that grants them 3 - 6 random items. These are usually an omnium gatherum of weapon unlocks, paint, XP boosts, among other bonuses. When a player sees they're about to level up and they notice that a Battlepack is the next unlock, making goals easily becomes a necessity in Battlefield 4.
