Battlefield V: 10 Radical Gameplay Changes You Totally Missed

8. Anyone In A Squad Can Be Revived

In an attempt to push squad play even more in Battlefield V, you're automatically grouped into a sub-team of other players if you don't already have one, but that's because this time around your teammates have more functionality than just being mobile spawn points.

One of the benefits of being in a squad is that any of the players you're with can actually revive you - whether they're a medic or not. Though it will be less efficient than if there was a healer nearby, your team can get to you in the middle of a fight and bring you back from the brink, albeit with a reduced health pool.

So far this doesn't seem to undermine the medic class, as reviving a squad member is far more dangerous than a regular revive. It should lead to a more intense back and forth between squads attempting to capture an objective, as players scramble to pull their teammates out of fire and bring them back into the battle.
