3. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - heroes in a half shell who cause plenty of trouble and (occasionally) save the world. The next mod to appear in our countdown is the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle mod from GTA IV. If you so choose, this mod lets you take control of all four turtles at once and wreak havoc on the streets of Liberty City. Although this is only a character mod, the amount of detail put into the character design is amazing, and the fact that it's four characters for the price of one makes it all that more interesting, if also understandably a little buggy too.
