1. Pedestrian Riot!
As seen in: GTA III, GTA Vice City, GTA San Andreas, GTA Liberty City Stories and GTA Vice City Stories PS2: Down, Left, Up, Left, X, R2, R1, L2, L1 More than any other cheat code on this list, the pedestrian riot cheat really changed the dynamic of the game completely. Suddenly, carnage was everywhere. It made every pedestrian just as crazy as you were, which is actually quite frightening when you think about it. The only problem was that if you saved with this cheat on, then the save game would stay that way permanently. I did that once, unfortunately. Im sure that most of us did. It was quite a challenge to complete missions whilst trying to avoid the destruction that was around you constantly, not to mention the constant threat of being carjacked or killed for no particular reason at all. But, a few hours on this mode (without saving your progress) really did change your entire perspective of the game and made it so much more fun as a result.
