Bethesda Hiring for Next Generation Gaming

Fresh off their huge success of Skyrim, Bethesda are now hiring for the next generation of consoles.

Bethesda fresh off their huge success of Skyrim, one of the best selling RPGs of this generation of gaming, are now hiring for the next generation of consoles. A job listing on ZeniMax a recruitment website for Bethesda states:

"Bethesda Game Studios is looking for experienced programmers to work on cutting-edge technology for an unannounced game on future-generation consoles."
In addition, under the skills description one of the skills that Bethesda wants you to posses is the ability to work with DirectX 11; this could be a sign that next generation consoles will be using technology that is on par with DirectX 11 graphically. Now the question becomes is Bethesda done working on games for this generation of consoles? There was five years between when Elder Scrolls Oblivion released and when Elder Scrolls Skyrim released. However, Bethesda did release Fallout 3 only two years after the release of Oblivion. In other words, if Bethesda really wanted to they could release another game, say Fallout 4, on the current generation of consoles two years or so from now using the Skyrim engine. But is it worth it to release another game on the current generation of consoles two years from now? By then we will most likely have at least two new consoles if not all three of them so my guess is that we will not see another Bethesda game on this current console generation. Bethesda's next game will most likely be on the next generation of consoles. What is the next Bethesda game you would like to see, the next Elder Scrolls game, Fallout 4, or how about a new IP entirely? Me personally I would love to see what Bethesda can do with the Fallout game working on next gen consoles and an updated version of the Skyrim engine.
