3. Sustain The World's Growing Population

bioshock Rapture is probably one of the greatest concepts imagined by man. Not only would Rapture alleviate our current human population concerns, but it'd provide a sustainable food source for humans. Whether we like it or not, we're not producing enough food in the world to support our population and only one city can save us: Rapture. 71% of the world is covered by oceans. Shouldn't we be exploring what's 'down below'?
