Bioshock Infinite: Every Gameplay Trailer So Far

To ease the pain of the pushed-back release date, we celebrate Bioshock Infinite's beautiful in-game engine by collecting every gameplay trailer so far...

With the news that Bioshock Infinite has been pushed back to February 2013 (at the earliest), thanks possibly to GTA V taking up the initial release slot, franchise fans are having to come to terms with the prospect of a gap of 9 months or so before being able to get our hands on the full game. So to try and sweeten the blow, we've put together every single Bioshock gameplay video released by the developers, for no other reason than we're still ridiculously excited about the upcoming shooter, and somewhat deflated by the fact that we will now be forced to wait until 2013 to get to bloody well play the thing. Any excuse to show of the beautiful in-game engine a bit more as well, along with an impressively engaging storyline, what looks certain is that Infinite will be a dazzlingly good looking game. And if you're excited as we are, you might want to check our Bioshock Infinite hubpage to see all of our coverage of the game so far. Anyway here are the videos... In this first-person shooter set in 1912, the player assumes the role of former Pinkerton agent Booker DeWitt, who is sent to Columbia to rescue Elizabeth, a young woman imprisoned there since childhood. He develops a relationship with Elizabeth, augmenting his abilities with hers so they may escape from a city literally falling from the sky. DeWitt learns to fight foes in high-speed Sky-Line battles, engage in combat both indoors and amongst the clouds, and harnesses the power of dozens of new weapons and abilities.
Bioshock Infinite is set for release in February 2013 from Irrational Games. Look out on WhatCulture for more coverage as the months progress.
