Granted, PC gamers don't have it quite as good as the rest of us when it comes to this, but on the PS3 and Xbox 360, players will have the ability to live-stream their matches straight to a dedicated YouTube channel. Also, so-called "CODCasting" allows players to commentate over games, enhancing the e-Sports presence that has sorely been lacking in the Call of Duty games up to this point. It all serves to heighten the community aspect that, compared to other FPS games, the series really needs; no longer is it cold, clinical and disconnected, though of course this depends entirely on how players the world over are going to adopt it. In these early days, however, it is extremely promising, and hopefully something Infinity Ward will continue to build on in the next game. Are you picking up Black Ops 2 today?
