Bloodborne: Ranking Every Area From Worst To Best

The opening area of the Old Hunter's DLC doesn't pull any punches. It's hard. But it's also some of the best level design in the game.

The environment feels vividly alive as the formidable old hunters slaughter the beasts around you. Their blood lust eventually leading to them attacking the player with brutal tenacity.

The area is a big, twisted reimagining of Cathedral Ward and the river of blood leads to one of the best bosses in the series.

Undoubtedly the best Nightmare area in Bloodborne.
