Borderlands 2 Special Editions Announced
Two Borderlands 2 special editions coming soon to lighten your wallet.
Gearbox have announced there will be two special edition versions of Borderlands 2 coming this fall. The first version "Deluxe Vault Hunters Collectors" Edition will run you $99.99 USD/£64.99 (pictured above) and will include: Marcus Kincaid Bobblehead, Inside the Vault: The Art and Design of Borderlands 2, a sticker set, a map of Pandora, a digital comic, and some in game digital content. What that in game content is, we do not know at this time but it will probably be announced closer to the release date. Hopefully Gearbox learned from Bioware's mistake so we can avoid a Mass Effect 3 incident with the special edition DLC. 
Now the second special edition "Ultimate Loot Chest Limited Edition" (pictured above) will have everything the first special edition but will also include:"a collectible scaled replica of the red loot chests found throughout Pandora in Borderlands 2, a steelbook case, a Creatures of Pandora wide-format ID chart, a lithograph postcard set, field notes from Sir Hammerlock, a cloth map of Pandora and a numbered certificate of authenticity.""Ultimate Loot Chest Limited Edition" edition will run you $149.99 USD/£99.99 and will be available for all versions of the game released on the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. However, if you pre-order any version of the game you will get: "Gearbox Gun Pack, a Golden Key, the Vault Hunters Relic and an all-new fifth character class - the Mechromancer." I loved the first Borderlands game and unfortunately I think I may shell out out the $150 for the "Ultimate Loot Chest Limited Edition" just because I want that amazing looking replica loot chest.
