As the final tidbit to pick out from the aforementioned leak 4 months ago, the poster also notes that as Rockstar are about to drop Red Dead Redemption 2, and GTA VI is a LONG time away, we can "Expect another Bully before the next GTA".

Somewhat obvious, but worth remembering.

Simply because the first Bully is one year away from being a teenager (it was released 12 years ago), there are many younger gamers or teenagers themselves that were mere infants when it first came out.

It sounds like the Rockstar of today are re-executing on a lot of their amazing ideas first shown across the 2000s, but with a level of proficiency and budget they couldn't of dreamt of back then.
