Call Of Duty Ghosts: 10 Ridiculous Launch Stories You Won't Believe

2. Getting Married Through Call Of Duty

Codg Gameplay I see a lot of preposterous stuff browsing video game forums such as GameFAQs but this instance takes the cake. For the record, I am not against this or insulting these people. My insults are reserved for truly stupid people that legally marry video game characters or something equally head-scratching. If these people love each and Call of Duty, then more power to them if they want to bind their lives together this way. It€™s unique and harmless, but also pretty ridiculous which is why I€™m including it. If you're wondering how it will work, here is what GameFAQs user "numberrrr" had this to say-
My friend is getting married so they plan on the ceremony before the actual ceremony to take place on Stonehaven map (if one of them is Infected, they'll remake until someone else is Infected, that person is the priest, and one of the soldiers will be the priest's "translator" on mic, since infected can't chat with the rest.) . It's a private ceremony but though thought I'd let the COD Ghosts fans know.

1. New Jersey Mall Shooting

716463 92124fc0 45e9 11e3 B366 B430cfe3cfdd Zps20ca6201 Our last entry may not be directly tethered to Ghosts but it did occur during a midnight launch in a New Jersey mall. Gunshots were reportedly fired from inside this mall during the event. Immediately after hearing this I feared that the worst had happened and choked up a little bit. I had initially thought some mentally unstable lunatic had once again decided to take life away from those that deserved it. The reality of the situation however, while certainly not pleasant is something I can some stomach. Yes, a man later identified as Richard Shoop decided to enter a mall dressed head to toe in black body armor and decided to fire off some bullets. He only shot at elevators though before tragically taking his own life. I know prefacing that last statement with the word €œonly€ makes me sound as if I€™m downplaying the incident, but in all honesty I€™m not. It€™s very unfortunate whenever someone decides to willingly take their own life, but the fact that this wasn€™t a mass killing spree is a grim silver lining to everything regardless of how you spin it. At least Call of Duty Ghosts hasn€™t been bombarded with asinine threats of corrupting our youth and instead has gotten off relatively scot-free. Upon hearing those aforementioned reports of a shooting from a man covered in armor, in this day and age you can€™t help but bite your tongue and fear for the worst. This was just a release date that unfortunately lined up with a scary and horrifying occurrence in a mall. Did anything else crazy happen that I missed?! Comment below!
