Call Of Duty Modern Warfare: 10 Iconic Maps That NEED To Return
4. Quarry
In one of the most dynamic maps in Call of Duty history we travel to the Brazil-based Quarry.
Due to the nature of a quarry, there are many chiselled stones built up around a central crane and silo. These are all climbable, meaning that you can ascend to many corners of the map with unrivalled versatility.
Narrow lanes and buildings make up the external areas of the map. Two multi-storied warehouses sit in the south-east with high windows for sniping down lanes. There are smaller building located in the opposite corner too that offer large openings for mounted fire.
The map is particularly bright and vibrant, meaning you will have difficulty hiding if you aren't sat perfectly still in a comfortable quarry cubby.
Offices and garages make up the rest of the west and south-west, all accessible with open windows and multiple floors.
Unfortunately, this can encourage camping - the tank garage was a particularly notorious spot - but with many different avenues of approach, you can sneak up on or snipe any camp-inclined foe.
