Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare - 10 Ways Multiplayer Is COMPLETELY Different

8. There's A Super Sprint Button

Call of Duty has always struggled to nail down a full range of mobility options, introducing sliding, then wall-running and double jumping, limitless sprinting and even swimming. In their attempt to go back to basics but not lose the agility fans have become accustomed to, Modern Warfare will feature sliding once again, but also a super sprint, which is activated by double-tapping the left stick.

With the devs creating bigger maps, this should hopefully eliminate the chance of someone wandering around without engaging in action, only to get shot in the back and having to repeat the whole process over again.

On top of that, it also appears that the mechanic will provide the ability to flee from an enemy's sight lines if you're quick enough, reducing the importance of seeing a player first in gunfights.
