Castlevania Season 2: 10 Reasons To Be Excited

7. The Trio In Action

The dynamic between Trevor, Sypha and Alucard (or what was shown of it in the final episode of season one) left off tense, with Trevor having no love for dark creatures in general, Sypha having to balance her long-held beliefs with her pragmatism as a fighter, and Alucard fighting both as a saviour and as a son with a personal stake in Dracula's downfall.

Though vastly different from one another, their shared goals and versatile abilities make them a good team, which is a dynamic that fans get more time to explore and observe in the longer season. Whether their differences will continue to provide friction between each character or lead to some of the best teamwork and friendship to be shown in a video game adaptation remains to be seen.

Certainly fans have already fallen in love with what they've seen of each character individually, and having these characters play off each other, as well as interacting with outside forces, both good and evil, will make viewers eager to root for this team in their ever-unfolding adventure, leading up to their inevitable face-off with one of video games's biggest bads.
