Command & Conquer: Generals 2 Announced

Just announced at this year's VGA show, Command & Conquer: Generals 2 is set for a 2013 release.

VGA show, Command & Conquer: Generals 2 is set for a 2013 release. We know that Bioware had stated they'd be unveiling a new game at VGA this year, but I don't think anyone expected it to be this. Bioware's catalog of games seems to grow larger all the time, renowned for their RPG's such as Neverwinter Nights, Baldur's Gate, Mass Effect and Dragon Age, Bioware is going from strength to strength. It's without a doubt that the majority of games Bioware touch turn to gold, and it makes sense that EA would pass the reigns of Command & Conquer to them. Not just any game, but Generals, personally my favourite of the series and I know the favourite of many others as well. The original game had three different factions, USA, China and the Global Liberation Army. This was pretty much the west, the east, and then every country America's currently invading, not to get political but unfortunately this formula still works and it'll be nice to see how much Bioware take from the original and how much of their own touch they add. Other than finding out that Bioware will be creating it and that there'll be a 2013 release, no other information was given.
