Carrying on from the idea of remastering the soundscape of the originals and redoing all the cutscenes, those original 90s audio files certainly wouldn't have held up. As such, Vicarious Visions recruited a smattering of voice talent from Crash's 20 year history, including everyone from John DiMaggio as Uka-Uka to Jess Harnell as Crash himself.

Sadly, none of this talent was present back when Naughty Dog first recorded everybody, but the returning cast do an exemplary job mimicking the mannerisms and inflections of some of the trilogy's most memorable scenes.

Those moments where the various bosses pop up and berate in between levels in Crash 3, or even the manic high-pitched squeaks of Ripper Roo?

They sound spot.on.
