9. "No Restrictions" Once You're Out The Intro
One of the signs of a fantastic RPG is having an expansive gameworld that players are free to explore. In Cyberpunk, players will be handed the reigns and set lose on Night City with “no restrictions” after completing the prologue.
As soon as players are able to explore Night City they'll have the freedom to visit any of the diverse districts, dive into a long list of side quests and activities, drive around and explore, or – if you really want – take out your weapons and cause carnage. All of which you can chew over before even making a dent in the other main quests.
Although, going by Marks’ impressions, the main questline is by far the main attraction, you’ll also want to take a moment to take in the city itself.
“I don’t think I’ve ever seen another video game city even close to it in scope or style,” he writes. “It’s gorgeous, rich in detail, and with a verticality and scale that’s genuinely amazing, all while still feeling like it could be a real place.”
We certainly can’t wait to be set loose in Night City.
