This is an excellent set which many players might have missed out on early in the game thanks to being fairly well hidden. Many shield-wielding players will likely have found themselves with the Drangleic Shield merged permanently to their left arm because of its 100% physical blocking, and the Drangleic Sword is a brilliant weapon for those looking to wield quality weapons, which benefit from both the strength and dexterity stats. The armour itself is also very good, though you'll later find gear that offers more protection for the weight. Either way, the early hours of the game can be spent very comfortably in this set, and the sword and shield are used by many players right up until the final encounters. To find the Drangleic set, go beyond the second Pursuer arena and drop down the crumbled ramparts on the right. Your new Drangleic digs will be waiting for you there.
