10. Lothric, Younger Prince

Lothric comes paired with his brother Lorian and the fight is unique in the sense that both of the brothers are handicapped in some way.

Lothric is frail and can't fight and Lorian can't walk. That dynamic is what makes the boss so good. Lorian is constantly teleporting around the room meaning that not only do you have to learn his moves, you have to learn where and when he's going to teleport.

The second phase introduces Lothric who revives his brother whenever he falls and also shoots magic. The two work really well together and the unique mechanic distinguishes them from the standard armoured boss. Add onto that a game's worth of lore behind the characters and you have a unique and interesting boss fight.
