8. Demon Prince
The Demon Prince is an example of multiple enemy bosses done right.
The first phase sees you fighting the Demon in Pain and the Demon from Below. They both have two states: One where they are on fire and aggressive and one where they spew poison and are defensive. This allows for the boss to be dynamic, forcing you to constantly keep and eye on both, but not have to worry about being unfairly sidelined. It's a perfect balance.
And then the boss transforms into a second phase called the Demon Prince, which is essentially a buffed up version of whichever Demon you kill last, each one with a varying move set.
