The area is currently completely unfinished, and appears to be a work in progress at the moment. To get there, you'll need to use a gravity lift from the Juncture. It's also likely that you'll need to make use of the Gunslinger's triple jump ability, as there's a lot of unusual jumping that needs to be done to get there. Just follow the video above for a step-by-step guide on how to actually reach the 'Terminus' area. The whole place consists of incomplete platforms, and many are assuming that it will be finished and expanded upon in time for the first DLC, due for release in December.
