https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZYuRR_1iUOY Here's another nifty secret that can be found at the Tower Plaza. While you're in the area, make your way to the steps near the Postmaster's building. From these steps, you should be able to sprint jump onto the roof of the Postmaster's building. Once you've landed on the roof, you should be able to see huge fan. If you bring along a friend, then one of you can stand on the fan, while the other controls the fan's panels from the nearby balcony on the far end. The person at the control panels can 'Activate' the fan, causing whoever is standing on it to go flying high into the air. If you get the timing right, it's possible to get ridiculously high with a jump or double jump, allowing you to land on top of similarly tall objects nearby.
