Destiny 2: 12 Secrets & Hidden Features You Totally Missed

5. Every Enemy Type Has Weak Spots

Destiny 2 Enemies
Bungie

Like the first Destiny, though it can be said that a lot of gameplay revolves around shooting everything as fast as possible with as many fancy weapons as possible, each enemy does have a little more to them than you might think.

First up is the Cabal shield, easily deactivated by shooting the centre component. Next is the Vex chest cavity which tends to glow white, and last (that I've found so far) are a variety of Vex bosses all having red 'jewels' on their heads and backs, which will take critical damage if you can focus fire.

Basically keep an eye out for your damage numbers changing from white to yellow, as this indicates a critical hit.

Many other enemies have vents on their armour or small pockets of flesh protruding out from their backs - once again focus on these and you'll take them out in no time.
