Destiny: 9 Reasons Even Hardcore Players Are Giving Up

6. House of Wolves Doesn't Have A Raid

Vault of Glass was easily the best bit of content that came with Destiny, and Crota's End raid was pretty challenging on hard, but while we're sat taking a short break from the game, discussing what the third raid could be, we won't be finding out till later this year... House of Wolves doesn't have a raid.

That's right, nothing. One of the most complex missions we've played in a game for many years, and the $20/£20 cost isn't even giving us that. Instead, a three-player co-op arena called The Prison of Elders will take its place.

There has been references made to this throughout the game, the main one coming against The Archon Priest, and many fans are expecting it to be wave based. The mode will probably be good, but whether it's going to be the present bosses that we're all bored of just spawning in at random times remains to be seen.

If new gear is only available in this mode once a week  - something that remains to be seen - players will just end up doing what they already do every Tuesday; switch it on, run through it, turn it off... and wait another week.
