Destiny: 9 Reasons Even Hardcore Players Are Giving Up
4. Every 32 Hunter/Warlock/Titan Looks The Same
To hit level 32, you need to have the latest raid gear fully maxed out, but the fact that every 32 looks the same because there is only one variation of each piece of raid gear means that all our abilities are identical.
Since Destiny doesn't have a feature where we can add and remove abilities to suit our play style, or even have similar raid gear with different default abilities means that although we're the highest level in the game, we aren't unique.
The only thing slightly changing how you look or the abilities you have is which exotic armour piece you choose and the shader you equip. Doing a raid with five other hunters will guarantee at least three of them look exactly the same, with the same abilities and armour equipped too.
Being able to hand pick our abilities will have a greater affect on the way we play, or even open up possibilities for more tactics. A workbench feature would lure so many players back to Destiny, and even the choice to pick our own colours for a shader - as opposed to buying what Eva Levante has sold in the Tower since September.
