Destiny: The Taken King - 10 New Features That Will Change Everything

1. New Exotics

Possibly the most exciting of Bungie€™s reveals is the addition of a whole new roster of exotics. Exotics used to be the holy grail of Destiny but most players have collected them all, or at least the ones they wanted. With The Taken King set to feature more new exotics than there was back when the game launched, fans will be relieved to see the game finally move on from its original batch of exotics. Year one exotics still exist, but some (not all) will have the option to upgrade, such as the new black and red Suros Regime. The upgraded versions have been altered slightly. Exotics will now have one signature perk already unlocked when you find them and many will have different or updated perks. Bungie also revealed that there is now be a console in the Hall of Guardians that gives you access to exotic blueprints. Exotic blueprints will allow guardians to attain any exotic they have ever found, as well as show what exotics you have yet to find. For example, let€™s say you have deleted an exotic weapon because it simply didn€™t do enough damage, then it gets upgraded to become the best gun on the game (cue Thorn), now you will be able to buy that weapon back at a console in the tower. The same applies to armour. What are you most excited about in The Taken King? Let us know in the comments!
