Dishonored: 10 Reasons You Need to Play Immediately

7. Tortoise and Hare Complex

Are you someone with no time to really spend playing games or just no patience? Well apparently the quickest time you can complete the game in is somewhere between 15 and 20 hours. So with 9 missions to complete and only a day free to do it in, you can by all means clock this game like any other modern Triple A. Will you enjoy the experience though? Probably not, in fact some sources go as far as to say that €œyou are doing it wrong€ by trying to zip through the game. See this source from IGN:
€œDishonored is a playground and everyone is invited to do whatever they bloody well like, and this is so far removed from what we€™ve been taught to expect of triple-A first person titles that a contingent of players simply aren€™t going to understand that on their first try.€
So ultimately if you, like me, like to take your time on a game and savor it, this is most likely up your alley. This game seems to have been crafted and designed for the old school gamer that would pay hard earned money for a game that would take them a long time to complete, and anything short of that was considered a failure. I am aware that a lot of games out there are considered to have €˜unlimited hours of fun€™ thanks to addition of online gaming, but read on below for what I say to that.
