Dragon Age Inquisition: 10 Reasons It's Saved The Franchise

6. It's Big. Really, Really Big.

Dragon Age: Inquisition offers one of the most extraordinarily massive experiences of any game released this year. Most report that a 'normal' playthrough will take around 80-90 hours, while those that want to experience every little titbit can expect double that (and that's just with your first character). When you step into the very first area, The Hinterlands, it's large enough that you might even think it's the environment for the entire game. There's enough content in this area alone than in many other AAA releases. It's far from the only zone though, as there are seven others of comparable size, along with many smaller ones. Each one feels larger than the last, while still managing to be saturated with a variety of things to do.
