Dragon Ball FighterZ: 11 Missing Features DBZ Fans Want
2. Beam Struggles
One of the things that fans have always wanted to be included in recent Dragon Ball games is one of the franchises most iconic features- beam struggles.
Sadly, Dragon Ball FighterZ doesn't deliver on fan's wishes in this regard as beam struggles are nowhere to be found in the game. This, along with the lack of transformations makes this a very different type of Dragon Ball game than we've ever really seen in the past, more focused on actual hand-to-hand combat and technical fighting than flashy particle effects.
Even then, it's a bit disappointing to just watch Kamehamehas and Masenkos just bounce off of one another, rather than having the players compete for the win. In games like Budokai and Budokai Tenkaichi, this was always one of the coolest things that players could do, as it really did play exactly like the show.
Don't expect to see this one anytime soon, no matter how much fans request it, as beam struggles have been missing from Dragon Ball games for far too long.
